How WINTERSTEIGER delivered a cultural revolution through employee advocacy with Haiilo

Wintersteiger, an Austrian mechanical engineering group with 1,200 employees, needed to modernize its outdated and static intranet. Haiilo's platform, named WINside at Wintersteiger, provided a modern, mobile-ready intranet with an automatic translation feature and Microsoft 365 integration. The solution successfully engaged employees, resulting in 950 active users. Haiilo helped Wintersteiger achieve a significant cultural shift, with 430 daily users benefiting from improved information flow and company-wide networking.
