The customer, Yonghui Logistics, faced significant challenges with high labor costs, throughput bottlenecks, and insufficient storage space in their ambient warehouse at the Sichuan Yonghui Pengzhou Logistics Park. To overcome these issues and support over 100 stores, they partnered with Hai Robotics to implement an automated solution.

Hai Robotics deployed their HaiPick System 1, an Automated Case-handling Mobile Robot (ACR) system. This solution doubled storage density to 18,000 locations and handled over 10,000 SKUs. The implementation tripled outbound picking efficiency, enabling the warehouse to successfully manage peak order periods and meet the rapid replenishment needs of its stores.
