Xin Hee (JORYA), a women's apparel enterprise, required a logistics solution to support its growing scale and manage efficient storage and delivery for both business and consumer clients. To meet this challenge, they partnered with Hai Robotics to automate the case picking operations in their new multi-floor logistics center in Xiamen.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution utilizing 34 customized HAIPICK A42 robots, U-shaped workstations, and the HAIQ software platform. This system automated case handling and sorting, significantly reducing manual labor. The project created over 50,000 storage locations and achieved a 90% warehouse utilization rate, with each robot capable of handling 35 cases per hour for high efficiency.
