Wuhan Children's Hospital faced challenges with manual medicine replenishment in its finished product warehouse, which was complicated and often not performed in a timely manner. The hospital partnered with Hai Robotics to implement a customized automation solution to address these inefficiencies.

Hai Robotics deployed two customized HAIPICK A42C robots equipped with weighing capabilities. This solution automated the replenishment process, with the robots supplying totes to a robotic arm for dispensing. The project resulted in 352 storage locations within a 183㎡ area, achieving a storage density of 2 cases/㎡ and increasing inbound/outbound efficiency to 40-50 boxes per hour. The autonomous system implemented by Hai Robotics significantly improved operational efficiency and picking accuracy for the hospital.
