WinIT Corporation, a global supply chain solutions provider, faced a challenge at its Los Angeles fulfillment center. It needed to maximize operational efficiency and space utilization for hundreds of online sellers while guaranteeing same-day shipping on most orders. To address this, they again partnered with Hai Robotics to implement the HaiPick System 3.

Hai Robotics deployed a system using Autonomous Case-handling Mobile Robots (ACRs) and high-speed AMRs to transport totes to workstations. This solution created ultra-dense storage, fitting over 50,000 bins into the space and achieving a density of 32 totes per square meter. The system enabled operators to pick nearly 300 totes per hour per station, allowing WinIT America to reach a total throughput of over 1,100 totes per hour with 99%+ order picking accuracy.
