Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME) faced significant challenges in its new logistics center, including the need to store over 150,000 SKUs within a limited 2,400 sqm area while processing 30,000+ daily order lines. To address these demands for high-density storage, high throughput, and future scalability, the electronics distributor partnered with Hai Robotics to implement an automated warehouse solution.

Hai Robotics deployed a system utilizing 86 HaiPick A42T robots and 10 HAIPORT workstations. This solution created 56,166 storage locations, expandable to 112,332 totes, and achieved a processing rate of 2,400 totes per hour. The custom-engineered system from Hai Robotics maximized space utilization, ensured operational redundancy, and provided the scalability TME required for future business growth.
