Hai Robotics implemented a system utilizing 56 of their A42 autonomous case-handling robots, alongside HAIPORT workstations and 19 picking stations. This solution dramatically increased storage within the existing space, boosted inbound efficiency by three times (from 100 to 300 pieces per hour), and doubled outbound picking efficiency. The deployment also achieved a remarkable 99.9% picking accuracy for the customer.
