The top internet company, an apparel manufacturer, faced challenges with inefficient manual picking, low storage density, and managing a massive number of small, unmarked SKUs in their warehouse. To achieve autonomous operations for mass customization, they partnered with Hai Robotics to automate their storage processes.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution using two customized A42 HAIPICK robots that reached 4.5 meters in height. This system doubled the storage density, creating 7,240 storage locations within an 800㎡ area. The deployment was completed in just one week, and the solution achieved a 99.9% picking accuracy while enabling digital management of all SKUs.
