Hai Robotics worked with Suzhou Electronics Manufacturer, a leading electronic products manufacturer in China that was struggling with low manual picking efficiency and needed to automate its entire material sorting process. The challenge was to optimize operations from the warehouse until materials were delivered to the production line.

The solution implemented by Hai Robotics involved deploying two customized, 2.7m high HAIPICK A42 robots to automate material sorting, which then worked in conjunction with existing KIVA robots for final delivery. This joint operation of multiple robot types was deployed in just one week, followed by a rapid commissioning and go-live process. The project resulted in a significant increase in operational efficiency, achieving a 99.9% picking accuracy for the customer.
