Sinocare, a global pharmaceutical leader, faced significant challenges in its warehouse operations, including inefficient manual workflows, insufficient storage capacity of only 7,500 cartons, and a lack of digital integration with its manufacturing systems. To overcome these obstacles and meet growing consumer demand, the company partnered with Hai Robotics for an automation solution.

Hai Robotics implemented its HaiPick System 3, which included autonomous case-handling robots (ACRs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), all managed by its intelligent HaiQ software. This solution increased storage locations to 10,652 within the same 1,096m² space, boosted inbound efficiency to 200 totes per hour, and achieved a storage density of 13 totes per m². The system also provided seamless digital integration, resulting in a 99.9% picking accuracy and transforming Sinocare's operations into a modern, competitive facility.
