The customer, Shenzhou Group, a knitwear manufacturer providing OEM services for brands like Adidas and Nike, faced significant challenges in its apparel warehouse. With an immense variety of fabric samples, manual picking was time-consuming and inefficient. To improve operational efficiency and storage density, Shenzhou Group partnered with Hai Robotics for an automation solution using HaiPick A42D robots.

Hai Robotics implemented a system with four A42D robots and five workstations, which automated the handling of fabric samples stored in totes. This solution created 9,432 storage locations within an 800㎡ area. The project achieved an excellent inbound and outbound efficiency of 100 cases per hour and a 99.9% picking accuracy, delivering a fast return on investment for Shenzhou Group.
