SF Supply Chain - Customer Case Study

SF Supply Chain, a leading supply chain service provider in China, was facing challenges in a warehouse managing spare parts for a major printer manufacturer. The operation involved over 10,000 SKUs, a complex picking process, and many items that were too heavy for manual handling, leading to low efficiency and high labor costs. They partnered with Hai Robotics to find an automated solution to improve these operations.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution utilizing four of their A42 autonomous case-handling robots, two charging stations, and three picking workstations. The results were significant, creating 2,466 storage locations within a 440㎡ area. Each robot can carry five cases at a time, which dramatically improved picking efficiency. The system was deployed in just one week and went fully live within a month, optimizing manual operations by eliminating the need to carry heavy objects.
