The customer, SF Supply Chain, a leading supply chain service provider in China, faced challenges with low storage density and picking efficiency in its manual computer spare parts warehouse. The operation required a secure, digital solution for valuable goods and a fast transformation that would not disrupt ongoing deliveries. To address this, they partnered with vendor Hai Robotics.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution using two A42 robotic units and a workstation, enabling intelligent putaway, picking, and inventory management. This allowed SF Supply Chain to achieve 1,400 storage locations in a 140 m² area with 99.9% picking accuracy. The solution from Hai Robotics dramatically increased storage efficiency and optimized the site's space while ensuring the autonomous management of valuable goods.
