SENCO Příbram, a Czech electrical equipment manufacturer, faced significant warehouse challenges including limited storage capacity, inefficient use of vertical space, and labor-intensive manual processes that led to high error rates. To overcome these hurdles, the company partnered with Hai Robotics and its integration partner, KVADOS GROUP, to implement an automated storage and retrieval solution.

Hai Robotics deployed four HaiPick A42T robots along with conveyors and the HAI Q software platform. This solution optimized storage with 6,879 locations, managed over 9,360 SKUs, and streamlined workflows. The implementation dramatically improved efficiency, achieving throughputs of 51 totes per hour for inbound and 13 for outbound, while reducing manual errors and maximizing the use of the warehouse's vertical space.
