Qiaodan Sports, a leading sportswear brand in China, faced significant challenges in its logistics park, including low manual picking and return putaway efficiency, low storage density, and difficulty managing a high variety of e-commerce return SKUs. The company partnered with Hai Robotics and implemented the HaiPick automated case-handling robotic system to address these issues.

Hai Robotics deployed 26 A42L robots and a suite of workstations to automate the facility. The solution provided 31,230 storage locations within a 4,300㎡ area, increasing storage density. The results were dramatic: B2C picking efficiency reached 420 pieces/hour/person, a threefold increase, and return putaway efficiency soared to 600 pieces/hour/person. The system also achieved a picking accuracy of 99.9% and provided real-time inventory data.
