Philips Zhuhai, a manufacturer of small household appliances, faced significant logistics challenges including low manual efficiency, high personnel turnover, and a high error rate from paper-based picking. To address these issues and enter the era of industrial intelligence, they partnered with Hai Robotics for the second phase of their intelligent manufacturing factory project, utilizing Hai's automated goods-to-person system.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution using 36 A42N robots, 8 U-shape workstations, and specialized shelving. This new system achieved a storage density of 10 cases per square meter, creating 31,000 storage locations within a 3,000㎡ warehouse. The results were substantial, with inbound and outbound efficiency reaching 800 cases per hour, a picking accuracy of 99.9%, and a reduction of 111 employees, which significantly lowered labor costs for Philips Zhuhai.
