OLIGHT, a leading manufacturer of high-end mobile lighting products, sought to automate operations at its factory in Dongguan, China to enhance its global delivery capabilities. The company faced challenges with low storage density in traditional shelving and error-prone manual picking processes. To address this, OLITGHT partnered with vendor Hai Robotics to implement an automated storage and handling solution.

Hai Robotics deployed two A42 warehouse robots and a workstation system for OLIGHT. This solution significantly improved storage density, creating 2,400 storage locations in a 200-square-meter area and achieving a picking accuracy of 99.9%. The implementation of the Hai Robotics system streamlined workflows, allowed for safer autonomous replenishment, and provided a fast return on investment for the customer.
