Hai Robotics implemented the HaiPick System 3, utilizing Autonomous Case-handling Mobile Robots (ACRs) and Fast-Transit Companion AMRs. This solution created a consolidated, high-density logistics center capable of storing 2.9 million items. The results were substantial, including a 50% reduction in labor costs and the ability to dispatch 66,000 items daily, allowing NEPA to smoothly manage peak season demand and improve customer satisfaction.
