Hai Robotics implemented a solution using 12 units of their HAIPICK A42 robots, workstations, and specialized shelving. This system significantly increased storage density to 13,968 locations and improved operational efficiency, achieving a total inbound efficiency of 300 cases per hour and an outbound efficiency of 200 cases per hour.
