Maitrox, a provider of smart supply chain solutions, was facing challenges of low manual operation efficiency and low storage density in its spare parts warehouse for electronics. The warehouse, which handles many small materials, also lacked a warehouse management system (WMS). To address these issues, they partnered with Hai Robotics.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution utilizing three of their HaiPick A42 robots and a picking workstation. This automation allowed the 390㎡ warehouse to achieve 2,400 storage locations, a 20% increase, and a 30% increase in cargo space volume. The system saved five workers, doubling peak operational efficiency and achieving a 99.9% picking accuracy for Maitrox.
