The customer, Maersk Contract Logistics, faced challenges with low operating efficiency and insufficient storage density in its apparel distribution center, which handles complex B2B and B2C picking. To meet high outbound efficiency demands, they partnered with Hai Robotics for an automation solution.

Hai Robotics implemented a system using 49 of their A42 robots, supported by 17 charging stations and multiple workstations. This solution created 63,770 storage locations within a 7,500m² area, dramatically increasing storage density. The implementation successfully achieved the required outbound efficiency of 1,104 cases per hour and a 99.9% picking accuracy, delivering a fast return on investment for Maersk.
