LIQUN Group, a pharmaceutical company operating over 7,500 varieties of medical products, faced challenges with low storage density, low order picking efficiency, and high labor intensity in its logistics center. To address this, they partnered with Hai Robotics to implement an automated solution, the HAIPICK system.

Hai Robotics deployed 28 of their A42 robots and 13 on-shelving picking workstations to automate the logistics center. The results were significant: the system created 17,811 storage locations within a 1,887㎡ area, increased outbound efficiency to 593 cases per hour, and improved replenishment efficiency to 334 cases per hour. This automation greatly reduced labor input and achieved a 99.9% picking accuracy for LIQUN Group.
