The customer, a leading auto parts supplier in China, faced challenges in automating the storage and distribution of raw materials due to handling four different container types and the need for robots to operate alongside humans and service flow racks. Hai Robotics implemented a solution using seven of their HaiPick A42 robots, four charging stations, and three picking workstations. The system utilized DM codes for navigation and a versatile fork design.

Hai Robotics' solution created a highly dense automated warehouse with 2,960 storage locations within a 340-square-meter area, achieving a 99.9% picking accuracy.
