Largest Japanese Apparel Retailer - Customer Case Study

Hai Robotics provided an automation solution for one of the largest Japanese apparel retailers. The customer's challenge at its Shanghai distribution center for B2B store deliveries involved low efficiency and storage density due to manual operations. These processes were error-prone and led to high labor costs, especially during peak hours.

The solution implemented by Hai Robotics consisted of 130 A42N robots, 33 charging stations, and 30 picking workstations. This system achieved 42,000 storage locations and increased storage density by 60% within the existing 7,800 m² warehouse space. Hai Robotics enabled an inbound and outbound efficiency of 2,800 cases per hour with a picking accuracy of 99.9%, while also achieving a 90% utilization rate.
