Hai Robotics partnered with a large online retailer to address challenges in their UK-based cross-border ecommerce warehouse. The retailer needed to automate their picking process to increase efficiency, maximize storage density, and create a more responsive order-picking operation.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution using 60 HAIPICK A42 robots managed by their HAIQ software. The system, which included multiple automated workstations, was deployed in a 4,000 m² facility. The results were highly successful, creating 42,000 storage locations and achieving a system picking efficiency of 1,500 cases per hour with 99.9% accuracy, significantly improving the customer's operational performance.
