The JNBY Group, a prominent Chinese fashion company, faced significant warehouse challenges related to handling product returns. Their operations were strained by unbalanced peak periods, complex sorting requirements, and a slow return inventory cycle. To address these pain points, JNBY selected a warehouse automation solution from Hai Robotics, leveraging their expertise in the apparel industry.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution utilizing 56 of their A42L autonomous case-handling robots (ACRs), supported by HAIPORT workstations. This system dramatically increased the comprehensive warehousing efficiency from 50 pieces per hour to over 5,000 pieces per hour, a more than 100-fold improvement. The solution also achieved a 99.9% picking accuracy and added over 88,000 storage locations within the existing warehouse footprint, allowing JNBY to streamline its return processes and solidify its market leadership.
