Jack Sewing Machine, a prominent sewing industry enterprise, faced significant challenges in managing its raw material warehouse. With many diverse types of materials and inefficient manual operations, managing numerous packing sizes including totes and cartons was difficult. To overcome these hurdles, the company turned to Hai Robotics for an automated solution.

Hai Robotics implemented a system using four HaiPick A42N autonomous case-handling robots. The solution created 1,470 storage locations within a compact 300m² area. This system from Hai Robotics achieved a picking efficiency of 96 cases per hour and an inbound efficiency of 160 cases per hour, streamlining warehouse operations and allowing for the mixed storage and retrieval of both totes and cartons.
