Harvey Norman Commercial Division, a leading retailer in Australia, faced the challenge of scaling its warehouse operations to meet fluctuating demand while enabling rapid same-day order fulfillment. They engaged Hai Robotics to implement a flexible automation solution to address these needs and transform their facility in South Western Sydney.

Hai Robotics deployed a system using 10 HaiPick A42 robots integrated with three picking stations and HaiPort technology. This solution created over 9,000 storage locations in a compact 720m² area and provided the flexibility to adjust storage cases into various grid configurations. The project resulted in a 3-4 times increase in operational efficiency and achieved a 99.99% picking accuracy, significantly reducing labor intensity for the customer.
