Jisu Logistics, the logistics arm for Geely Automobile, faced challenges including substantial manual handling, high labor intensity, and inaccuracies in its LYNK&CO factory warehouse. To increase warehouse utilization, improve personnel efficiency, and reduce safety risks, the company partnered with Hai Robotics to implement an automated warehouse solution using Hai Robotics' ACR systems.

Hai Robotics deployed 31 units of its HaiPick A42T autonomous case-handling robots alongside various workstations. This solution created 43,966 storage locations within a 3,300㎡ area, dramatically increasing storage density. The project achieved over 99.99% picking accuracy, with workstations reaching processing rates of 100 to 600 totes per hour. Hai Robotics' system successfully met the factory's just-in-time production requirements and enabled more refined management of multiple SKUs.
