Eral, a pioneering apparel and down jacket company, faced significant challenges in its semi-finished product warehouse. With increasing demand for customized items and complex kitting processes involving thousands of items, its manual operations were inefficient and its storage density was low. To overcome these obstacles, Eral turned to Hai Robotics for an intelligent warehousing solution.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution using two A42 HaiPick robots, which dock directly with workstations to automate picking and kitting. The system was deployed in just one week and went live within a month. This upgrade resulted in an ultra-high storage density of 26 cases per square meter, creating 1,008 storage locations in a 38 sqm area. The robots improved inbound and outbound efficiency to a peak of 50 cases per hour, significantly enhancing overall operational efficiency and accuracy.
