The electronics company, a world-leading high-tech enterprise specializing in printed circuit boards, faced challenges with inefficient manual picking, low storage density in its 4-meter-high warehouse, and chaotic data records for returned jigs. To address these pain points and realize an unmanned, intelligent auxiliary material warehouse, the company partnered with Hai Robotics.

Hai Robotics implemented a solution utilizing four A42C autonomous case-handling robots. This fully automated system achieved 7,678 storage locations within a 1,100㎡ area, drastically improving storage density. The solution delivered a 99.9% picking accuracy rate, enabled the autonomous inbound and outbound of jigs, and realized completely unmanned warehouse operations, resulting in a fast return on investment for the customer.
