Desigual, a globally recognized fashion brand, faced challenges in centralizing its warehouse operations in a facility with a low ceiling height. They needed a high-density automated solution to improve storage, achieve precise order assembly for stores, reduce labor costs, and ensure future scalability. To address this, they collaborated with vendor Hai Robotics.

Hai Robotics implemented a goods-to-person system using 25 HaiPick Autonomous Case-handling Mobile Robots (ACRs) and specialized workstations. This solution created 7,980 storage locations, achieved a throughput of 30,000 units per day, and improved warehouse efficiency by three to four times. The results for Desigual included 99.99% picking accuracy, a 60-80% reduction in operational costs, and a system capable of handling future growth.
