Hai Robotics implemented a solution using 65 A42 autonomous case-handling robots. The system provided 27,000 storage locations, increasing storage density by 30% and achieving a rate of 9 storage cases per square meter. Picking efficiency tripled, with single workstation efficiency reaching 1,206 pieces per hour. This solution successfully exceeded the customer's timeliness and order volume requirements, particularly during the high-pressure Double 11 shopping festival.
