CEVA Logistics, a leading third-party logistics provider, sought a more intelligent and efficient solution for the Singapore fulfillment center of a top beauty e-commerce brand. Facing increasing customer demand and high-volume peak seasons, they partnered with Hai Robotics to implement an automated system to maintain service excellence and improve scalability.

Hai Robotics implemented a HaiPick automated storage and retrieval system utilizing 35 robots and three HaiPort workstations. This solution, managed by the HaiQ software, increased storage density by utilizing vertical space and significantly boosted operational efficiency. The results included a four-fold increase in efficiency, an order picking accuracy of over 99%, an inbound flow of 170 totes per hour, and an outbound flow of 942 totes per hour.
