Bosideng, the world's leading down garment producer, faced challenges in its apparel warehouse operation. Hai Robotics implemented a solution utilizing 87 of its A42N robots and 24 charging stations, supported by 18 different workstations. The system created 48,526 storage locations and achieved an outbound efficiency of 3,000 cases per hour with 99.9% picking accuracy. This deployment by Hai Robotics maximized storage within a 7,000m² area and delivered a fast return on investment for the customer.
