Boot Barn, the world's largest Western wear retailer, faced a challenge in optimizing order fulfillment at their new Kansas City distribution center to support their rapid growth and over 400 stores. To increase throughput and reduce labor costs for both in-store replenishment and omnichannel orders, they partnered with Hai Robotics.

Hai Robotics implemented a HaiPick Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) for Boot Barn. The solution doubled storage density, achieved a throughput of 460 totes per hour, and ensured 100% picking accuracy. This led to a 250% increase in efficiency and significantly lower labor costs, enabling Boot Barn to dispatch 500,000 units per week.
