Hai Robotics partnered with Baoshi Logistics, a leading modern warehousing and logistics service provider in China. The customer faced challenges with inefficient and error-prone manual picking, low-density storage, and difficult information management in their apparel warehouse operations. To address this, they sought to build a fully automated warehouse.

The solution implemented by Hai Robotics utilized a HAIPICK system consisting of five A42 robots, workstations, and charging stations. This automated the entire process from order receipt to outbound, maximizing vertical storage space. The results for Baoshi Logistics were significant, achieving a storage density of 11,200 locations in a 500㎡ area and a daily handling efficiency of 1,435 cases with 99.9% picking accuracy, leading to a fast return on investment.
