In 2017 ABOUT YOU launched a managed bug bounty with HackerOne, using triage and report-validation to streamline hacker communications and free internal engineers to remediate issues. The program delivered faster handling—average response in 2 hours and resolution in 7 days—reduced duplicate reports over time, improved overall security posture, and proved cost-effective enough that ABOUT YOU plans to broaden the program to the wider hacker community.
