A HackerEarth Case Study
ZS Associates, a global sales and marketing consulting firm, struggled to recruit qualified Machine Learning talent using a traditional interview-driven process that relied heavily on phone screens and late-stage case studies. To improve candidate quality and speed up hiring, ZS partnered with HackerEarth and adopted HackerEarth’s Technical Recruitment software to introduce early, hands-on technical evaluation.
HackerEarth implemented customized Machine Learning tests, automated interview rounds, and supported campus drives for ZS’s Young Data Scientist program. As a result, ZS reduced evaluation rounds from 6 (2017) to 4 (2018), increased internal ML offers from 1 (2017) to 4 (2018), and saw campus registrations rise from ~5,000 (2016) to ~7,000 (2017) with campus offers climbing from 11 to 16 — improving candidate quality and shortening the recruitment cycle using HackerEarth.
