Enhancing the quality of assessments using HackerEarth Recruit

Wells Fargo needed a scalable, secure, and easy-to-use assessment platform with reliable support and advanced proctoring because its previous solution lacked support and couldn’t efficiently screen large candidate pools. To address this, Wells Fargo onboarded HackerEarth’s recruitment product, HackerEarth Recruit, to add screening and proctoring into its hiring and assessment workflows.

HackerEarth implemented HackerEarth Recruit with automated evaluation and best-in-class proctoring (fullscreen restriction, disable copy/paste, tab-switch limits, IP restrictions, candidate snapshots) and simple test creation. As a result, HackerEarth helped Wells Fargo assess 1,200+ candidates across 7 tests, cut manual effort from 1,200+ man-hours and 7+ technical resources to about 20 hours and 2+ non-technical staff, and enabled fair, remote, end-to-end hiring drives.
