Suite Spotte, founded by Sue Reardon to bring coworking to Chicago’s near-west suburbs, faced the dual challenge of educating a suburban market about coworking and building a sustainable, flexible community-centered workspace. Using Habu’s platform, Suite Spotte centralized member communications, tracked space usage and program performance, and optimized offerings based on real demand. That approach supported the launch of a second 5,700 sq. ft. Forest Park location, multiple reconfigurations of the original 4,000 sq. ft. La Grange site, high private-office occupancy, more member-led events and referrals, and tangible member success stories (including a member growing from 1 to 15 employees) — all while earning local recognition like a community PRIDE award. Habu’s tools helped Suite Spotte scale without losing its community focus.
