How Remix Coworking was born through inspired values, bold experiments, and exploratory travel

Remix Coworking, a Paris-based multi-location coworking brand founded by Anthony Gutman, was growing rapidly and pushing experimental concepts (from coliving and a hotel to saunas and an indoor jungle) but needed a consistent way to test offerings, understand member behavior, and scale community-driven decisions. To support that experimentation and cross-location measurement, Remix partnered with Habu and adopted Habu’s privacy-first analytics and audience measurement platform to centralize member data and run repeatable experiments.

Habu implemented a shared analytics layer and experimentation workflow that let Remix track engagement, cohort retention, and conversion of short-term guests into long-term members across sites. With Habu’s platform Remix shortened iteration cycles, launched new concepts with clearer performance signals, and achieved measurable gains in member engagement and retention—allowing the team to scale community experiments confidently while preserving member privacy.
