Case Study: CNC Jurczak expands precision machining capabilities with Haas Automation

A Haas Automation Case Study

CNC Jurczak expands to 9 Haas machines and automation in 2020

CNC Jurczak, a Polish manufacturer of precision components and steel structures, required a diverse and high-performance machine park to handle complex machining tasks for a wide array of industries. To meet this challenge and expand their capabilities, they turned to Haas Automation for a comprehensive suite of CNC milling centers and lathes.

The solution implemented by Haas Automation included the deployment of multiple machines, such as the UMC-750 5-axis milling center, VF-series mills, and DS-30Y and SL-20 lathes. This extensive Haas equipment enabled CNC Jurczak to machine highly complex shapes with high accuracy, significantly boosting their production capabilities. This allowed the company to not only excel in its core business but also to rapidly expand into new areas, including designing and building automated robotic stations and creating disinfection devices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
