New South Wales engaged H2O.ai to help scale its data practice and enable analysts to use automatic machine learning to improve public services for its 7.7 million residents. Faced with the need to build models faster, increase prediction accuracy, and move beyond black‑box results, NSW selected H2O.ai’s Driverless AI to support its data scientists and program teams.

Using H2O.ai’s Driverless AI, the NSW Department of Customer Service accelerated model development, achieved higher prediction accuracy and generated explainable results, enabling more personalized and targeted programs.
