ArmadaHealth is a health data science and services company that helps consumers find the right physician through its QualityCare ConnectSM solution. Facing the challenge that patients struggle to navigate the healthcare system and identify specialists who deliver both good outcomes and a positive experience, ArmadaHealth partnered with H2O.ai and implemented Driverless AI to augment its matching capabilities.

H2O.ai’s Driverless AI was used to build NLP sentiment models that analyze patient reviews for treatment outcome, communication, and attitude, enabling more accurate patient‑to‑specialist matches. As a result, ArmadaHealth achieved faster model building and deployment, increased Net Promoter scores, improved patient health outcomes, and higher physician satisfaction.
