Bethpage Federal Credit Union, a large Long Island-based financial institution, needed to replace manual spreadsheets and an Access database with a true automated learning management system to support training for its 280+ employees. With customer service as a core value and regulatory training requirements in banking, the credit union turned to Gyrus Systems and its LMS Training Wizard MX, along with the Self Service Training MX (SST MX) enrollment portal.
Gyrus Systems implemented Training Wizard MX and SST MX smoothly across the organization, giving managers direct control over enrollments, access to transcripts and progress data, and improved tracking for compliance, scheduling, and reporting. The solution reduced administrative work, improved communication and accountability, helped Bethpage exceed its goal of 35 training hours per employee per year, and enabled the team to measure training impact more effectively, including progress toward ROI analysis.
