Seamless Sales Cloud Migration into a Single CRM

OneTrust, a technology company, needed to consolidate multiple CRM environments created through acquisitions—three Salesforce orgs and one HubSpot instance—into a single global CRM. To support this migration, they engaged GyanSys, working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud, to unify data, standardize critical business processes, and give users a single view of the customer.

GyanSys handled the data and metadata migration, audited the existing orgs, and built complex transformation logic to rebuild relationships between CPQ records and OneTrust’s systems. The work was completed in two cutover releases, helping OneTrust validate data quality along the way, and transformed more than 44,000 account records and 11,000+ MDQ quotes to improve reporting accuracy, streamline sales workflows, and reduce maintenance while enabling better visibility into pipeline and forecasts.
