dormakaba, a global provider of access and security solutions, sought to enhance its e-commerce capabilities to manage complex, configurable products and provide a seamless customer experience across its global operations. To address this, they partnered with vendor GyanSys to implement an e-commerce solution based on the SAP C/4HANA suite, which included SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and integrated with their existing SAP ERP backend.

GyanSys implemented a flexible and scalable e-commerce platform that featured product synchronization from SAP ECC 6.0, a visual configurator for complex products, and individualized customer pricing. The solution enabled business-to-business and business-to-consumer processes and was successfully rolled out in key markets like Germany, Switzerland, and the USA.
