GyanSys partnered with dōTERRA, a global location franchise and distribution company with more than 1,650 employees and over one million distributors, to create a complete virtual office experience before remote work became the norm. Using Salesforce Experience Cloud and the Customer 360 Platform, dōTERRA aimed to improve internal collaboration, support Wellness Advocates, and maintain better control over its brand and information.
GyanSys implemented an internal and external Experience Cloud site plus two high-functionality apps: a Leadership Book for account managers and a Prime Wellness Club points tracker. The solution improved global consistency, provided a single source of truth, and increased engagement with Wellness Advocates; the Leadership Book was delivered in four months on time and on budget, and dōTERRA reported 33% more features delivered than originally accepted.
