Samsara, a leading location technology company, needed to improve the health and usability of its Salesforce org while organizing partners, accounts, and data more effectively. GyanSys was brought in to assess the environment and address pain points in Samsara’s partner experience, including issues with Experience Cloud, Impartner, and supporting tools like CPQ and Docebo.
GyanSys implemented a standardized partner onboarding and portal experience, improved deal routing and partner metric visibility, and streamlined content and training access through the partner community. The work also fixed hundreds of Apex classes with outdated APIs, resolved inactive rules, and addressed performance and governor-limit issues, helping Samsara reduce manual work and gain clearer insight into key revenue indicators.
